This year I’m going to get fit before the ski season and then I’m going to shred the slopes and leave my friends gasping. Yeah, right. Just like all those New Year’s Eve resolutions, this probably won’t happen. Or will it?
If you can find a really good training program that’s fun to do and actually works, then can you motivate yourself? Of course you can; but you probably won’t.
Every year I’ve promised myself that I will get fit for skiing, that I won’t be gasping after the third run of the season and I won’t be too sore to ski on the second day of the season. So this year it’s going to be different and I’m going to find out all the information I can find to help make it happen and I’m going to share that information on this site.
